Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in all phases of project development, from conceptualization to completion.
- Create detailed architectural plans and specifications.
- Evaluate design elements to ensure adherence to project standards and building codes.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and supporting materials.
- Investigate and apply relevant building codes, ordinances, and materials to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive project solutions.
- Contribute valuable insights during client interactions.
- Support design review coordination, feedback documentation, and seamless integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field, with a focus on Multifamily projects ideal.
- Active architectural license is essential.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Experience in multifamily residential projects, with a deep understanding of design standards, building codes, and project complexities specific to multifamily developments.
