What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced Land Surveyors and other design professionals. Responsibilities include:
- Leading land surveying field crews
- Performing fieldwork to support a range of projects
- Operating and maintaining total stations, GPS equipment, and other field tools
- Supporting project planning and execution
- Collaborating with engineers, planners, and landscape architects
- Contributing to a team-focused, mentoring-rich environment
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of land surveying field experience, including crew leadership
- Construction Surveying Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Surveying or related field a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong math and calculation skills (basic engineering/surveying proficiency)
- Experience with total stations and GPS equipment
- Familiarity with both field and office workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute to a collaborative work environment
