SUMMARY
The Strategy & Operations Manager will provide crucial strategic and operational support to the Chief Digital Officer and the Digital department. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations within the department that leads technology and data across BSE properties. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who is energized by technology and can handle a variety of key responsibilities that drive the success of the company’s technology and data initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Maintain and update the department roadmap to reflect current and upcoming projects and initiatives.
- Build presentation materials for the monthly all-department meeting and other projects, as needed.
- Draft release notes that summarize the work delivered by the Digital department.
- Lead the department employee engagement committee to champion a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Plan and implement department-wide events to promote team cohesion and celebrate achievements.
- Oversee and maintain the department budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Perform administrative tasks for the Chief Digital Officer and the department, including scheduling, travel and expenses.
- Assist with special projects, including conducting research and analysis, as needed to support the goals of the department.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support or project management role, preferably within a digital or technology-focused department.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in strategic and operational support roles.
- Proficiency in crafting professional presentation materials and summarizing complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle various tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong dedication to assisting others and encouraging a collaborative environment.
- Budget administration experience with a solid emphasis on detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the department, addressing operational issues before they arise.
- A passion for technology and continuous improvement.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Infrequent Traveler (<5% travel): The incumbent may be required to travel on a limited basis. Travel may include trips between Barclays Center, HSS Training Center, and other company properties.
SALARY RANGE:
$80,000 - $100,000
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works primarily in an office environment but upon request will be expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
