Job Description
Summary
Responsible for day-to-day onboarding related to vendor management with a strong attention to detail, analytical capability, computer confidence, and follow through skills to interact directly with 3rd party trades.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Vendor Management
- Curate online vendor onboarding on a daily basis.
- Address vendor questions and create vendor FAQ training material.
- Own a bi-monthly vendor newsletter to nurture vendor communication.
- Own Social Media vendor communication
- Present and host vendor webinars.
- Maintain an up-to-date vendor database by market and by trade (circa 600 active vendors in 47 markets).
- Review vendor applications with LexisNexis.
- Review vendor credentials with IRS EIN tools.
- Proactively manage vendor invoicing performance with an ability to overview processes and analyze actuals by vendor.
- Work with cross functional teams (Accounting, Ops, Markets) to maintain and monitor standardized vendor KPIs.
- Assist in the planning and creation of QBRs with key strategic vendors.
- Manage quarterly and annual vendor audits.
