Job Summary: The Assistant Regional Manager will be responsible for managing and leading teams across multiple sites. Travel is required. This position requires a dynamic individual who can ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional leadership and guidance to their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff within the region.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of services provided in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Daily management of all allocated labor budgets in your region
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality control standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all departments adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Ensure contract compliance at each location.
- Be present for all State Surveys and Inspections.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with all team members and location executives
- Act as a Human Resources liaison
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities.
- Strong working knowledge of housekeeping and laundry services provided in hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, etc.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple facilities and departments effectively.
- Above average computer skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
