The Head of EDC & Product Training maximizes sales revenue and market share across North America by creating customer-centric brand and product experiences, unique and novel in the luxury appliance segment. Vision, Strategy and execution is driven throughout network to create a cohesive consumer experience across the organizations touchpoints. This role is responsible for the general management, sales turnover, training, business planning, CAPEX, OPEX across the network while also ensuring operational implementation of best in class CRM tools to monitor and close sales across North America. Additionally, this role steers all new EDC business cases to the Region North America, BSH Global, and Robert Bosch global board and as well as supports strategic sales and marketing initiatives within North America.

General Responsibility:
- Overall performance and success of domestic and international customer facing product showrooms across North America (hierarchical leadership over United States showrooms and functional leadership over Canada showrooms)
- Governance over all regional showroom processes, IT solutions, and "Go-To-Market"
- Entire US training vision, strategy and KPIs to further drive sales activities across the EDCs and in regional markets
- Overall turnover at all Experience and Design Centers
- All facets of the training organization
- Inspirational leadership for east and west coast EDC management groups, training department and design project manager to ensure best in class product and brand experiences throughout sites
- Coaches and mentors team to drive sales and expand the EDC and training teams in North America to meet business objectives
- Ensures clear vision, strategy and framework implemented across all aspects of the EDC and training departments
- Enables EDCs have a direct turnover impact in respective regions by generating leads, following the consumer throughout the consumer journey until final close of the sales with close collaboration of local sales teams
- Owns the Salesforce CRM process in North America to ensure final conversion of sales through EDCs and builder sales tied to specific EDCs
- Ensures framework across division is clearly focused on maximizing sales by prioritizing key builder stakeholder meetings, direct consumer appointments and most impactful trade partnership events
- Establishes close cooperation with EDC teams, sales and key dealers using Salesforce and in person visits to roll out and maintain a continuous relationship to further drive turnover generation of the EDCs
- Forecasts, monitors, and evaluates achievement of projected sales progress in EDCs and re-examines and adjusts sales activities based on key performance indicators
- Accountable for EDC CAPEX investments concerning new buildouts or existing infrastructure upgrades
- Creates detailed budget breakouts for new EDC projects
- Prepares all EDC project applications for the BSH Region North America, Global, and Robert Bosch board as it pertains to new business cases
- Accountable for EDC OPEX across sites in close coordination with East and West Coast EDC Heads
- Ensures KPI tracking across all sites ensuring maximum performance throughout network
- Provides clear overview of organizational development, sales updates, and key strategic initiatives to our North American Leadership Group
- Key interface between Sales, Consumer Journey, and Brand teams to ensure we all work together to meet our business objectives
- Ensure all strategic framework topics (e.g. CRM, job descriptions, processes) are implemented throughout entire EDC & training organization
- Partners with both Sales and Marketing to evaluate and enter new emerging markets to maximize market share
- Participates in board level events and meetings to provide avenues of showroom awareness and increase visibility of cross departmental initiatives that deem to be necessary for the business to be successful
- Exchanges with global BSH showrooms and training departments to share best practices, etc.
- Responsible for projects and global initiatives involving showrooms and potential expansion with creation of new showroom locations

- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field) – Required
- Master's Degree (MBA or Marketing) – Preferred
- 15 Years of Experience (Sales / Marketing / Showroom Experience) – Required
- 10 Years of Experience (People Management Experience) – Required
- 10 Years of Experience (Project Management Experience) – Required
- Strong communication skills - Office and Public interfacing
