Quality Data Analyst

Your Responsibilities
The data analysts supports the quality team’s strategy by analyzing field repair and customer feedback data, identifying deviations, and tracking improvement actions. The data analyst communicates findings and answers ad hoc business questions from the quality team as well as factory and global management. The data analyst will assist data engineers and data scientists with maintaining datasets and developing digital solutions for analytics reporting automation.

Quality Data Analyst

Your Responsibilities
The data analysts supports the quality team’s strategy by analyzing field repair and customer feedback data, identifying deviations, and tracking improvement actions. The data analyst communicates findings and answers ad hoc business questions from the quality team as well as factory and global management. The data analyst will assist data engineers and data scientists with maintaining datasets and developing digital solutions for analytics reporting automation.
- Collect, analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost and complexity using data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Exhibits a strong commitment to enhancing quality by leveraging data analytics tools.
- Supports the quality management system by monitoring appliance repair, warranty cost, and customer review data.
- Generate reports and communications such as month end KPI reports for local and global management.
- Coordinates TCR/FCR improvement activities and PQS/RQS/CQS/FQS reporting.
- Interface with Customer Service and Sales departments where necessary to address field service questions and feedback.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to develop and roll out digital solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting about product quality performance.
- Perform data cleaning and maintenance operations; adhere to data analytics best practices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and new technologies for data analysis.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree – Required
- 3-5 Years of Experience (IT, Data Analyst, Software Development, or other technical role) – Required
- 3-5 Years of Experience (Quality Management) – Required
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI
- Ability to perform explorative analytics and visualize results.
- Self-motivated and organized with ability to be prompt in meeting deadlines
- Ability to work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists, as well as contributing to cross functional teams
- Travel Percentage – 10%
