We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and extensive experience in office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, and answering low volume of calls.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Utilize PDF tools to manage, edit, and convert documents as necessary for various business needs.
- Oversee and manage the use of DocuSign for document signing, ensuring all documents are accurately completed, filed, and tracked.
- Assist in the management and organization of CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer and client data entry and regular updates.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other materials for senior management as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to other departments and team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of PDF software and tools for editing, converting, and managing documents.
- Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms.
- Proficient in CRM systems, with a solid understanding of customer relationship management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare or similar fields.
- Previous experience working in a TPA environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
