JOB DESCRIPTION:
BSI Paving is a well-established concrete and paving company seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee our concrete projects. The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for managing crews, coordinating activities, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Formsetter in all areas: residential /commercial /roadwork.
- Read and understand grade stakes , prints, etc.
-Use laser level to set elevations.
- Use laser level to set concrete elevations.
- Pour finish all types of concrete.
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to concrete work.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints.
- CDL IS BIG plus!
- Chauffer's license & medical card required.
- Enthusiastic attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
