Purpose of the positionThe internal and supplier assurance solutions business (ISA) partners with clients to build trust in their internal organisation and across their value chain. ISA has undergone a tremendous amount of growth and continues to do so; this role will support this growth across the globe. It will shape and harmonise our approach to delivering client solutions so that we are able to add greater value to our clients and enhance our client centricity.Location : Italy, Spain or France, hybrid with availability to travelResponsibilities & AccountabilitiesInternal and Supplier Audit Program EstablishmentInternal and Supplier Audit Program ManagementHandle bids / enquiries related to allocated ISA programs and coordinate with country offices for Quotations.Develop training and competencies to support the delivery of assigned programsDevelop operating procedures and work instructions related to the ISA program(s), maintain client specific programme documents on Intranet for BSI global Network, communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational deliveryConduct auditors training and calibrationsManage an effective client relationship interface through regular performance review meetingTo be successful in this role : Experience in leading projects related to ESGExperience in program managing global internal and supplier audit programmes.Client centricity - Ability to develop customer relationships, across all levels, engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient.Fluency in English (C1) - mandatoryExperience in working in international enviromentsBSI offers a competitive total reward package, an independent and varied job in an international environment, flexible working hours, ongoing training and development with the inclusion of a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle.
