Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring daily operations are handled efficiently and professionally. Your key duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Managing office calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Handling office supplies and inventory, making sure the team has everything they need.
- Assisting with data entry, document preparation, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, processing paperwork, and handling correspondence.
- Ensuring the office remains tidy, organized, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
- Assisting with event planning, team coordination, and special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
