What You’ll Be Doing
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for anyone entering or calling the office. You’ll manage a range of front-of-house tasks while supporting various admin needs for the wider team.
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage voicemail systems
- Manage the flow of guests and appointments, ensuring smooth check-ins and room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the front desk area—keeping it organized, tidy, and welcoming
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling, and document prep
- Support internal departments with various tasks as needed
- Uphold confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office admin or customer service training is a plus
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable with basic office equipment
