BSR Physical Therapy is expanding within Southern Ocean County to help more people. We are adding clinics and seeking growth-minded physical therapists to join our winning team. Positions are available at our Manahawkin, Barnegat, and Little Egg Harbor clinics. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and seeking clinical mentorship
The physical therapist's mission is to grow professionally; foster a therapeutic alliance; and help the people of our community resolve pain or improve their health before trying medications, injections, or surgery.
Expected Outcomes: Physical therapist key result areas include excellence in patient outcomes (>50th Percentile Rank), therapeutic alliance, and operational efficiency (10-11 patient visits per day).
