What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Installer position at BSS Window Treatments?
BSS Window Treatments is looking for motivated worker that wants to make money. Work involves installing house hold appliances. If needed, we will train with an experienced installer until comfortable to work alone. Then will be able to work days that you want, the more you work the more money you will make.
Must be able to do the following:
- MUST have a vehicle that can haul appliances, such as dishwashers
- Must provide your own tools
- Would have to also provide GL insurance
- Able to pass a drug test and background check (18 years or older)
- Able to speak with customers professionally
- Able to take detailed notes
- Able to problem solve while under pressure
- Understand how to read a tape measure
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must know how to use hand tools such as drills and levels
Will have to have own truck or van once training is complete to haul product to and from a customer’s house
Will pay $60 - $100 a day (depending on experience) during training and once training is complete the pay will increase once you are in your own vehicle and can discuss this pay during the interview process.
