About our Consulting Controller/Chief Financial Officer Roles
Our Controllers/CFOs will work to fulfill the high-level needs of our clients, including daily accounting functions, reporting and implementation of processes and procedures. Some key areas include:
· Revamping systems and being innovative to provide efficiencies
· Providing Advisory level support through preparation and analysis of Financial Statements
· Revamping financial processes and procedures
· Building month-end close processes
Our consulting roles can be home-office based (Capital District and Hudson Valley areas) with on-site client work required depending on client contracts.
Ideally looking for candidates with:
· Experience being embedded in Financial Operations side of a business, not just performing accounting tasks.
· Experience in financial statement forecasting and cash flow projections.
· Experience with Audit Preparation
· Good project management skills
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Strong communication skills
· The ability to organize work and execute independently
