What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hab Aide II/Driver position at BSW, Inc.?
Under supervision, assists with activities of daily living. Assists with and documents established services objective logs, leisure and community integrated activities. Possesses skills necessary to work with individuals with aggressive and/or self-abusive behaviors in a responsible care giving style. Will be responsible for maintenance of assigned work area. BSW, Inc. operates on the philosophy of Zero Tolerance for Abuse and Neglect and any such occurrence will be reported according to policy. Will maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving in a professional and courteous manner with consumers, families, guardians, advocates, co-workers, and other service providers. Must be able to lift/carry 20 pounds or more. Will be a shared driver: transport BSW consumers to and from day program as well as where transportation is needed throughout the day.
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 8a-4p
Wage: $17.00/hour .50/hr transportation

Education and Experience Required:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Two years of experience working with persons with special needs or a related field preferred.
3. Valid Montana Drivers License and the ability to be covered by BSW, Inc. insurance policy.
4. Willingness to attend specialized training courses as mandated by BSW.
5. Maintain required certifications.
