Job Opportunity: Bartender at BT Party Cove
Location: Springfield, NE
Opening June 2025
About Us:
BT Party Cove, Springfield’s newest event venue, is gearing up to open in June! We are seeking experienced bartenders to join our team. This part-time, on-call position will primarily support owner-hosted monthly events and rental events as scheduled.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-time, as-needed basis
- Schedule: Monthly owner-hosted events and community rental events
- Location: On-site at BT Party Cove in Springfield, NE
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages.
- Manage bar setup and breakdown for events.
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol-serving regulations and venue policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions when needed.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable event environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior bartending experience.
- Current bartending license/willingness to get licensed .
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, professional, and able to adapt to a fast-paced event environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
