Business Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face-to-face to provide tailored solutions before, during, and after the sales process
- Effectively communicate product and service offerings to potential clients
- Develop and refine negotiation skills to close sales and build strong customer relationships
- Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and strategy discussions to master business development techniques
- Provide the most successful customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with client management to improve sales strategies and customer outreach
Business Trainee Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, marketing, or sales is a plus)
- Background in sales, customer service, marketing, or business-related fields
