BTA Self Storage is in search of a Full-Time Assistant Manager for our multiple self storage facilities located in the Rockwall, Royse City, Terrell, Forney, and Wills Point, Tx areas. Ideal candidates should have experience in sales, customer service, retail, or property management, with a focus on customer service. Desired traits include being energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, high integrity, outgoing, confident, a team player, customer service-oriented, and possessing a positive attitude. Responsibilities involve closing sales, assisting customers with storage needs, meeting revenue goals, selling merchandise, offering insurance products, managing accounts, and general property maintenance.
The role requires weekend availability with flexible schedules, but no evening or night shifts. The position offers a work-life balance with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
