Position: Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Production Analyst
Location: Wright Patterson AFB, OH (WPAFB)

Summary/Objective:
This position will support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by conducting Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) analysis.

Summary/Objective:
This position will support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by conducting Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct OPIR intelligence exploitation and production.
- Analyze sensor derived OPIR data and produce applicable written and graphic reports.
- Support development of new applications and processes.
- Support multiple phases of OPIR Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED).
- Complete rapid tasks as needed.
- Maintain and/or manage multiple databases.
- Operate independently or as part of an intelligence production team.
- Prepare and present briefings on analysis findings and assist in task planning.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- High School degree and military technical training or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of OPIR experience.
- General understanding of OPIR analysis and/or production.
- Effective writing and communications skills.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of OPIR experience.
- Computer programming languages.
- Data management.
- Familiar with ArcGIS, Google Earth, SOCET GXP, COMET, Remote View, MatLAB, MIST, ENVI, AGITK, and/or GETS.
- NASIC production experience.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.
