- Manage vendor and client relationships.
- Maintain phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the office.
- Organize and manage files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
- Manage the construction database for bids, billing, invoicing, and all files and information related to construction jobs.
- Supervise payroll processes and ensure timely processing of employee compensation.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
