The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced web designer specializing in Webflow to join our events team. You’ll be in charge of ensuring the Bitcoin Conference website is functional, visually stunning, and aligned with our brand. You’ll design, maintain, and localize our website for an international audience as we continue to expand across the globe. As a brand advocate for Bitcoin, you will be crucial in ensuring the Bitcoin brand is represented properly on the world stage and accessible to thousands of conference attendees.

You’ll design, maintain, and localize our website for an international audience as we continue to expand across the globe. As a brand advocate for Bitcoin, you will be crucial in ensuring the Bitcoin brand is represented properly on the world stage and accessible to thousands of conference attendees.
You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, visually stunning websites using Webflow.
- Manage multiple Webflow websites for our Bitcoin Conferences across various regions.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to translate design concepts into functional web experiences.
- Optimize web designs for performance, SEO, and user experience.
- Stay updated on Webflow features and design trends.
- Provide multiple design options for stakeholders to A/B test and effectively communicate the tradeoffs.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all websites.
- Maintain and update websites, implementing new features and content as needed.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback for design enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web design issues for optimal user experience.
- Work closely with the webmaster and marketing teams to implement best SEO practices.
- 2 year(s) of digital design / Webflow experience
- Experience working in client services or as part of a team or freelancer
- Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, Notion and GitHub
- Proficiency in web animation principles and the ability to implement engaging, interactive animations that enhance user experience.
- Knows Figma inside and out
- You have experience using various prototyping tools to help understand how to test concepts and communicate experiences to internal teams and clients
- You speak English, fluently
- You can explain the logic behind your designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design skills, including proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma.
- A forward-thinking vision with regard to desktop and mobile best practices, developments, and trends in web design
- Be comfortable taking risks in design, pushing past the obvious, and making something you love
- Be invested in your craft, making continuous investment in learning new techniques and tools to better yourself and the team
- Strong problem-solving ability, be organized and process-oriented
