Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Account Manager located in South Jordan, UT. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, understanding and selling insurance products, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Daily tasks will include account reviews, policy management, client consultations, and developing strategies to meet clients' insurance needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Insurance products and services
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is beneficial
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
