Job Description
The Manufacturing Leader will play a crucial role in driving the success of BTD Manufacturing by overseeing the engineering, maintenance, and tooling work order requests. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve key objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team in developing products within the scope of the company's capabilities.
- Direct the work of Manufacturing Engineer assistants, Manufacturing Engineers, and other resources assigned to the department.
- Oversee all engineering, maintenance, and tooling work order requests for accuracy and appropriateness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Engineering or technical field.
- Associates Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering or technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Engineering or technical field.
- Ability to travel and be gone for a week or more if required.
