• Builds a knowledge base of each client`s business, organization and objectives.
• Responsive and follow up with clients` work orders

Team management tasks: Plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks.
Planning and problem-solving tasks: Responsible for planning the project to accomplish its goals or produce the services required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.

Requirements
- Experience managing janitorial supervisors and janitorial crews at multiple sites is a plus
- Strong training, supervisory and management expertise is required
- Self-Starter with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding problem solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Results Driven
- Ability to develop a division budget and follow it to the detailed level
- Must be extremely customer service oriented.
- Previous management experience in janitorial services or housekeeping is a plus
- Availability and experience managing an emergency call
- Must be fluent in Korean & English
