============== Responsibilities==============
- Lead mobile field testing and ensure compliance with 5G, LTE, and WiFi standards.
- Design and manage test strategies, test cases, and performance testing.
- Analyze and report issues, risks, and progress to internal teams and HQ.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and software issues.
- Update test plans, ensuring alignment with new mobile features.
============== Qualifications ==============
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred).
- 4-5 years of QA or software development experience in mobile or telecom.
- Strong knowledge of GSM, CDMA, LTE, and related wireless technologies.
- Proven expertise in test plans, functional and performance testing.
- Experience with QA tools and software development models.
- Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.
Pay Rate: $27-$33/h
