We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to help track key performance indicators (KPIs), resolve disputes, manage invoices, and optimize processes. You will work closely with teams in Customer Care, E-commerce, and Operations to ensure smooth logistics operations.
===============Key Responsibilities===============
- Monitor and analyze inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations
- Investigate and resolve warehouse disputes related to trade-ins
- Review and process operational invoices to ensure timely payments
- Audit third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations for accuracy
- Maintain reports and data tracking for logistics performance
- Work with Customer Service and Warehousing teams to resolve issues
