Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the site by ensuring that the area is clean and ready for paving operations.
- Rake and spread asphalt to achieve a smooth and even surface, ensuring proper thickness and alignment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in asphalt raking or related construction roles is a must.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to dump trucks, rollers, millers, and pavers.

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments typical of construction sites.
