Business Technology Integrators (BTI), Government contracting company located in Upper Marlboro MD, We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Data Analyst / SME to support Veterans Affairs Data Quality Program with a focus on person identity management and the VA Master Person Index (VA MPI). This role is central to analyzing person-matching algorithms and ensuring data quality in VA identity systems. This Position does requires US Citizenship and position is 100% remote.

- Analyze identity data and person-matching results using structured queries and analytics tools
- Provide recommendations for configuration, tuning, and implementation of probabilistic matching algorithms used by the VA MPI
- Coordinate with VA OIT, algorithm vendors, and technical teams to improve duplicate detection and matching logic
- Develop reports and data visualizations to support decision-making and error resolution in VA identity systems
- Participate in documenting requirements for identity management workflows, traits, and process optimizations
- Create deliverables that include written recommendations, configuration analysis, and results synthesis for VA review.
- Bachelor’s degree required; focus in computer science, informatics, or information systems preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience with identity management, master data management, or related data analytics in a healthcare setting.
- Expertise in VA MPI, probabilistic algorithms, and identity resolution processes.
- Strong experience with SQL, TOAD, Oracle Health Data, and similar tools.
- Understanding of healthcare data structures, patient matching, and record linkage
