Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Mover to join our team. In this role, you will be trained on and responsible for the packing, moving, and loading of sensitive equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that all items are handled with care and transported safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack sensitive equipment securely to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Move equipment efficiently and safely from designated areas to transport vehicles, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Load equipment onto trucks or other vehicles, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing items to prevent shifting during transportation.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from the Lead Move Technician to ensure smooth operations during moves.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including properly storing packing materials and tools.
• Communicate any issues or concerns regarding equipment, safety, or logistical challenges to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize the risk of injury and damage.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 years of experience in moving, logistics, or related fields is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail to ensure equipment is packed and loaded securely.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling sensitive or specialized equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with packing materials and techniques used in moving operations.
