We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software engineering, mobile and web application development, and a deep understanding of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS). You will play a critical role in managing software development projects, collaborating with customers to define requirements, and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.
In this role, you will :
- Utilize strong GIS knowledge to design, develop, and maintain geospatial applications and services.
- Develop Android and iOS mobile applications using React, with proficiency in Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, Xcode, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Build and release applications for Windows and Linux platforms using the Electron framework.
- Collaborate with small development teams to manage software development activities and iterative releases.
- Work closely with customers to define functional requirements, concepts of operations, and UI / UX designs.
- Track and manage development sprints using JIRA and maintain source code repositories using GitHub and GitLab.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
- Provide technical support and training to diverse client bases.
- Stay informed about emerging technical trends to drive innovation and best practices.
