Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Program Manager, where you will lead and oversee critical IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in cybersecurity, IT systems, and agile methodologies, who can effectively manage multi-contractor teams and drive project success.
In this role you will :
- Facilitate collaboration across multi-contractor and staff teams to define project requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable IT systems and infrastructure.
- Champion DevSecOps best practices for efficient and high-quality project execution.
