Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in our restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage the seating chart and coordinate reservations to optimize table turnover.
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu, specials, or restaurant policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area to enhance guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize POS systems, including Toast POS, to manage waitlists and reservations efficiently.
- Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly within a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Familiarity with guest relations and services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help guests create memorable dining experiences.

Pay: $10.84 - $12.64 per hour
