Job Description :
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our commercial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers a balanced mix of office-based and field-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Office Duties :
- Assist in designing, drafting, and preparing renders for new projects.
- Consult and analyze construction standards and codes.
- Review existing plans and prepare new civil / site work, architectural, and MEP
- Expedite permits as needed.
- Assist in establishing construction budgets through estimating procedures.
- Help coordinate subcontractors and monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Oversee budget adherence and project spending.
