The Wedding Sales Director is responsible for touring and booking all wedding events in a first-class manner. This Sales Associate will have the opportunity to tour and book at our iconic BTTS venues including Brookshire, WatersEdge – Lakeview and the Cove, The Estate at New Albany, Ellis, Vue Columbus and Darby House.

Responsibilities for candidate
· Understand the nuances of each BTTS venue
· Respond to potential client inquiries in an efficient and thoughtful manner
· Tour interested wedding clients and book the venue
· Answer phone calls and emails from clients with superior etiquette
· Stay up to date on industry trends and seek ways to improve the overall customer experience
· Resolve client inquiries, requests, concerns in a courteous and thoughtful manner
· Maintains positive working relationship with BTTS vendors
· Focus on facility care and presentation
· Follow up with clients to secure feedback and reviews
· Other duties as required
Additional Information
· $42,000 - $45,500 base plus commissions earning opportunities
