Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Scoped Applications using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for developing or modifying applications, code, and databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define application scope and objectives.
Perform ServiceNow system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and configuration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to optimize system performance.
Support Citizen/Delegated development initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Proficiency in App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting (Java is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
