Requirements:
experience with Installation, configuration and administration of Tibco products (BW & EMS).
Experience in Data center migration and creating new environments and migrating existing TIBCO applications to newly build environments
experience with UNIX and LINUX operating systems, storage environments, file systems, and network protocols.
providing day to day support of all Tibco platform and provide 24*7 support on a rotational basis.
strong understanding of distributed systems using messaging platform
2 years of creating great documentation that enables other team members to learn and execute platform engineering and management activities.

Core Competencies:
1 years applying DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code patterns to build automation. Able and ready to learn and support other Middleware technologies in support of Platform Engineering roadmap with DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, software defined engineering patterns, and use of GitHub or comparable code repository.
1 years of experience with Ansible, Terraform, Puppet and other Infra automation technologies

Preferences:
Must be able to use Linux commands and tools to troubleshoot issues, parse and evaluate log files.
Experience with application profiling using tools such as Dynatrace, VisualVM or Jprofiler.
Experience with performance tuning for JVMs, web containers, DB connection pools, etc.
Possess a thorough understanding of modern work practices such as DevSecOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Agile project Delivery, Release Engineering.
