Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse by building pallets and stacking products safely.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order picking tasks.
- Operate heavy equipment such as clamp trucks and cherry pickers as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely shipping and receiving processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety guidelines while handling materials and operating equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in materials handling or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including clamp trucks and cherry pickers.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
