Job Overview

Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including bussing tables and cleaning work areas.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for processing transactions efficiently.
- Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell additional products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
