HOT TUNA "Wok and Roll Bar" is a new concept located in Harrisburg, NC is looking for Sushi Chefs and Asian Bistro Chefs to join our 30 person strong team. We are hiring now and will be expected to open April 2025.
We are located on 4351 Main Street Suite 111. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged, along with a minimum of 3 years experience in being a Sushi Chef.
Responsibilities
- Create and produce recipes for our concept.
- Manage a team of 10-15 line cooks and assistant sushi rollers.
- Knowledge of cost of goods and inventory control.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a Sushi Chef
- Personal Transportation
- Ability to communicate with managers, employees and customers.
