- Assist the Site Manager in daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and efficiency
- Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold Bubble Down’s high standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Drive membership sales and promote customer loyalty
- Monitor and troubleshoot site equipment, coordinating maintenance as needed
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
- Stay engaged on-site—this is an active, hands-on leadership role
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role, managing daily operations, team performance, or business functions
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Adaptability to outdoor work environments and varying weather conditions
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs as needed
- Prior management experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry
- Experience with POS systems and troubleshooting
