Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their car wash needs.
• Confidently recommend products, upgrades, and memberships to match customer needs and preferences.
• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team goals, contributing directly to commission opportunities.
• Stay informed about promotions, wash packages, and the benefits of memberships to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to upsell services and promote loyalty programs.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate positively with team members to create a high-energy atmosphere.
