Position Overview:

Bubble Goods is looking for a Marketing Associate to help drive engagement and sales through on-site promotions, email marketing, and paid media campaigns. If you’re data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you will be involved in many moving pieces, and work in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You should be proactive and action oriented, with a strong sense of ownership of strategic ideas.

Responsibilities:

✅ On-Site Campaigns & Performance

  • Plan and execute on-site marketing campaigns, including homepage banners, product spotlights, and seasonal promotions with the marketplace operations and organic marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product visibility and listing SEO with performance learnings.
  • Collaborate to help build out structural and content SEO strategy for the marketplace.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.

✅ Email Marketing

  • Execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers, increase retention, and drive conversions.
  • Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve open rates and click-through rates.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and A/B test subject lines, copy, and visuals for continuous improvement.
  • Continue to improve automated flows, working with more senior growth advisors on strategy.

✅ Paid Media Campaigns

  • Assist in managing paid digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Support ad copywriting, creative development, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Track performance, optimize campaigns, adjust spend budgets as needed for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

✅ Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and generate reports on campaign performance.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement across all marketing channels.
 You should bring:

✔️ 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or food-related industries.

✔️ Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).

✔️ Experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.

✔️ Basic knowledge of website management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc.).

✔️ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Excellent written communication skills with a knack for persuasive copywriting.

✔️ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) for campaign creatives.

Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and marketing automation.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
