Content Creator/Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. This is an in-person position at our location and is not remote, candidates must be able to work on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for better visibility and engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader advertising campaigns.
• Monitor analytics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed for maximum impact.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms while adapting content for specific audiences.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
