Candidate Qualifications:
· Previous food/beverage/retail experience required, preferably in a coffee shop or tea house.
- Have the ability to manage a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
· Friendly demeanor, outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
· Takes a pride in providing excellent customer service
· Enjoy educating customer and employees about our drinks
· Lead by example and always put the team first
· Working familiarity with popular social media platforms
Job Responsibilities:
· Work 40 hours per week. Must be available on weekends and holidays
· Foster and build a positive work environment
· Manage inventory
· Create and equitable schedule and ensure proper staffing
· Hire and manage staff
· Maintain corporate standards and ensure compliance to health department and local regulation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
