What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Server position at Bubbles & Brunch?
We are looking for an experienced servers that will make a great asset to our team.
Our hours of operation are weekdays 7 AM to 2 PM (closed Tuesday) and weekends 7:30am-3pm, which means no evenings!
The responsibilities and duties of the job are as follows:
- Takes customers' food and drink orders
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
- The qualifications and skills required are as follows:
- 2 years' serving required
- Must be able to work on your feet all day
- Strong customer service skills required
- Must have legible handwriting
- Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus
