Our Student to Work program offers :

A 90-Day mentorship and time for observation
New hire orientation classes Observing styling, color techniques, and practice on mannequins
Enhance your clipper cutting and fading skills with our advanced classes
Other on-the-job training, guidance, and feedback from Cosmetologists that are industry leaders
The opportunity to get to know your Salon Team

Benefits and Incentives :

Sign-on Bonus : Eligible students will receive a generous $150 sign-on bonus upon joining the program.

License Stylist Bonus : Once you become a licensed stylist with Hair Cuttery Family of Brands, enjoy an additional $600 bonus.
