Our new Eden Prairie Bubbly Paws store is a local, woman owned business providing dog self-
service washes and dog grooming services in an upscale, spa store environment. We are looking
for incredible humans to come along for the ride. This is a great opportunity for groomers
looking to join a growing, entrepreneurial team of passionate dog lovers.

the community that we serve, and we do so by supporting our local animal rescue organizations.
In addition to providing individual grooming rooms, we also offer a structured appointment
booking system and management process which allows our groomers to focus on grooming dogs
versus incurring a lot of disruptions during a dog’s groom. Above all else, the safety of our
employees, pet parents, and their dogs are our top priorities, and we accomplish this by excellent
teamwork, transparent and professional communications, AND we have a BUBBLY FUN time

Responsibilities:

 Provide grooming services and responsibilities including:
 Ambassador for dog and human safety. Must be knowledgeable in understanding
dog behavior and adjust accordingly to ensure your, the dog’s, and other human’s
safety. Adhere to a safe working environment per operating procedures..
 A full time employee must work a minimum of 5 days a week which includes a
minimum of 1 weekend day on 3 separate weekends each month and 1 evening
shift per week. Part-Time schedules would reflect similar evening and weekend
requirements.
 Consistently and professionally execute a thorough hands-on pet check-in and
check-out process for each pet.
 Actively engage pet parents in the care of their dog’s post grooming by sharing
knowledge, offering solutions, and booking next appointments.
 Build trusting customer relationships.
 Follow established pricing policies for services and look for authentic
opportunities to upsell grooming services and product solutions to customers.
 Maintain a clean environment between grooms, at the end of shift, and deep
cleans as required.

Requirements: 

 1 years of experience.
 Must be willing to complete an in-person technical interview as part of the hiring process if
requested. Must also be able to provide photos if requested.
 Must be willing to sign the required groomers contract.
 Must be able to regularly lift up to 30lbs without assistance.

 Must have reliable transportation.
 Must have a Bubbly attitude to fit in with our culture and love working with all types of dogs.
 Must be compliant with required admin responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: 
 Estimated: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00/annual
 Annual wages will vary based on hours worked, commission, etc..
 Our Groomers receive a competitive commission rate or guaranteed hourly rate –
whichever is higher.
 Our Groomers receive 100% of tips provided for completed services.
