Guest Service Representative

We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service
Representative, you make a BUBBLY impact on our guests and their dogs by delivering
excellent service and performing operational tasks necessary to support a calm, clean, and
welcoming store environment. You must be comfortable around all types of dogs and be
willing to learn about them and how to give them and their owners the best care and service.
We are a local, women owned business opening a new self-service dog wash and dog
grooming spa store in Eden Prairie – and we are looking for incredible humans wanting to join
a growing, entrepreneurial team of passionate dog lovers. We think of our pets as part of our
family and we bet you do too! We believe in giving back to the community that we serve, and
we do so by supporting our local animal rescue organizations. Above all else, the safety of our
employees, pet parents, and their dogs are our top priorities, and we accomplish this by
excellent teamwork, transparent and professional communications, adherence to store

Responsibilities:
Provide our guests, human and their pets, with an exceptional experience.
Follow established store operating procedures to ensure a safe experience for the
dog owner and their pets throughout the guest visit.
Perform front and back of store duties such as using the POS retail system,
leading the checkout process with guests, scheduling appointments, answering
phones, cleaning, and replenishing supplies at wash stations.
Actively promote our Scrub Club Memberships with guests. (receive a bonus for
each new memberships sold)
Authentically suggest items for purchase during the checkout process(cookies,
treats, toys, tools, colognes, shampoos, bandanas, etc.)
Share product knowledge to answer customer questions.
Assist with other projects as needed, including in store events and possible social
media support.
Adhere to required administrative responsibilities including recording work time,
completing daily tip reports, and additional requests as needed.
Additional Requirements:
Must enjoy working with customers and can handle different types of situations that
come with supporting customer experiences. Understands that every interaction can
make someone’s day!
Strong attention to details.
Must be comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
Must complete the required job application.
Must have reliable transportation.
Job Types: Part-Time (up to 30hrs/week available)
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
Compensation: $13.00/hour tips
Benefits include 401(K) program( 21yrs of age), personal time off, and employee
discounts.
