Overview
The Primary responsibility of the Car Wash District Manager is to provide best-in-class express washes combined with state-of-the-art wash equipment and top level service to customers. She/he should have ability to manage car wash employees, car wash store locations and promote a clean and friendly work environment. Car Wash District Managers work a variety of shift, including most weekends and holidays.

- Previous car wash and/or management experience preferred

Responsibilities
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Build and manage a high performance team
- Enforce a standard that maintains as ultra-clean environment on wash grounds, tunnels and back areas
- Develop professionalism and great customer service technique with the entire wash staff
- Administer employee performance management
- Develop and administer Wash Training Program
- Develop daily inspection routine and remedy procedure that maintains quality wash
- Develop and manage a wash maintenance program
- Maintain inventory of wash parts
- Monitor and manage all wash chemical inventories
- Administer approved wash operation hours to optimize labor
- Monitor and manage all financial statement line item entrees
- Develop weekly management reports
- Maintain a safe wash environment
- Administer to customer damage claims
- Develop marketing proposals
- Ability to work with other store employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary
- Ability to work on the store’s busiest daysAbility to work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance
- Effectively and efficiently complete tasks
- Interact professionally with other team members Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Prolonged walking or standing for 8-12 continuous hours
- Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling (e.g. ice cart with 50 or more 20 lb. bags of ice, and lifting product or material weighing 40 lbs. or more)
